Wentworth Woodhouse is the largest private house in the uk. It has more than 300 rooms .There was coal discovered on land. The 6th earl built the magnificent holy trinity church [the new church]. The Fitzwilliam ownership continued until the death of the 10th earl in 1979.

My Questions are
Who first owned the house?
How long does it take to walk from one end of the house to the other?
How many windows does it have?
How many flights of stairs does it have?
How many toilets are there?

Wentworth Woodhouse is a listed country house in Wentorth, Rotherham.

There were 60 family members and servants living in the house in the early 17th Century.

In the mid 18th century there was over 100 servants and staff in the house alone, which came from the village of Wentworth.

Earl Fitzwilliam owned the house from the 18th century until 1979.

My Great Grandma and Great Mama both worked at Wentworth Woodhouse when it was a college.

Wentworth Woodhouse was sold for £7 million in 2016.

My Questions are

Will the house ever be lived in again?
Are repairs been done on the house?
How many years has the house been built?
How many cleaners does the house have?

There are over 300 rooms in Wentworth Woodhouse.
It was sold for millions of pounds last year.
No one lives there anymore. It is a private house but is on land owned by the Fitzwilliam estate.
It has had many owners since the Earl of Fitzwilliam lived there.

I want to know how old the house is?
Does it take a long time to clean?
How much are the bills?

Wentworth Woodhouse is the largest house in Europe. Nobody had counted all the rooms but there is around 300.why haven’t they counted?
It is in Rotherham and used to have hundreds of staff, i wonder what kind of jobs they did and if they were treatwell.
I can’t wait to see the house in real life.
