By 59

It’s nearly here! CHRISTMAS.

Well done Class 8 for all your hard work this term, you have put in huge amounts of effort and this has definitely paid off. You have achieved some fantastic things!

Thank you parents/carers for all your support throughout this term, it has been a hard one but I hope that you agree with me when I say that WE MADE IT THROUGH and we did an awfully good job of it! The progress of the children from September to now has been AMAZING. I, am certainly an extremely proud teacher.

We would also like to take this time to thank you for your well wishes, cards and gifts. It is greatly appreciated.

So… Here’s the homework. Please have ALL the fun completing the photo challenge. I would love to see photos and blog posts over Christmas! Just a reminder that the photos do not need to be taken in any specific order.

How many can you complete?

Lastly, HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and an extremely Happy New Year.

Christmas Maths

By 0

Yesterday in Class 12 Maths, we were looking at the order in which we have to calculate the four operations using the BODMAS rule. After a little bit of practising, we had a go at decoding what Santa had left in a stocking.

Your challenge over Christmas is to attempt to create your own code for us to decode. Use the code that we used in class and if you use one of your presents you received for Christmas, we can then all have a go at decoding what your present was!

Post your calculations and answers below – Merry Christmas Class 12 Maths!
