Here are some of Year 2’s ideas..
Jessica M – It would be unsafe to drive on the roads because there would be no red lights.
Max – No because it won’t be safe.
Parneet – No because people will do what they want and not think about other people.
Olly – No because people could hurt each other and not get into trouble.
I think some people could live in a world without rules but other people might take advantage of this.

I don’t think that we could live without rules because rules keep everyone safe.
