Today we have been experimenting using charcoal for the first time.
We have looked at black and white photographs from seaside holidays of the past and then tried to recreate these using charcoal.
What do you think?

I was really impressed with the children’s perseverance and resilience using a new material and very unfamiliar photographs from the past.
Heidi really enjoyed using the charcoal for the first time!
