Yesterday we were testing our weighing skills. We were given a recipe to follow ensuring we weighed our ingredients accurately.

After we had completed our technical challenge we invited a special guest judge…. (no not Paul Hollywood) Mr Fallon!

After judging the scones ‘blind’ Blue group were crowned ‘Star Bakers’.
