Today we had to be detectives. We had an envelope of pictures and we had to work out what and when we would be learning about next. We had to look carefully at the pictures and find clues. What did you find out? What might we be finding out about next? What clues did you spot in the pictures?

I went in the cyber cafe at school and found some information on the great fire of London. I could find more facts maybe at the library. The fire started on Pudding Lane on Sunday the 2nd of September 1666.
You found lots of information Kate and made some really clear notes. Can you remember what caused the fire and why it spread so quickly?
I think it started at the bakery. The fire spread quickly because the houses were built close together.
