It’s been an exciting day in year one. Mrs Harrison needed our help. At the weekend she found an old bottle floating in the sea near her boat, she brought it to school for us to investigate.

When we opened the bottle, inside was a very old map, with two red crosses! We recognised it as our school grounds and set off to search for treasure.

Following the map carefully we found two treasure chests.

We decided to give the chests to Mr Banham for safekeeping in case of pirates!
