Persuasive homework

This week we have been finding out about persuasive language. Now it is time to practice what you have discovered. We want you to try and persuade one of your parents or carers to do something unusual. Can you get them to sing a One Direction song out loud in public? Try your best but do not worry if you do not succeed. Think about how you will persuade them and tell us what you did. You can use photos or videos to show us or you can write or blog about it.

I went to grandma’s hair dresses shop and I pursued her to sign with Marie in front of some customers. I asked if they knew the words to lets go crazy crazy crazy until we see the sun and they said yes. I asked if they would sing it so I could learn the words and I said I would give them a big hug. They sang very good and mum sneaked a picture.

i peswaded my nannan to buy disney infinity 3.0 in tescos when it wasn’t even my bithday, I said please can I have this game. I promised I wuld be a good boy forever.

First I tried to persuade my Grandad to sing on our day out at the otter sanctuary but he said he was too embarrassed even though I said I would be good all all day but he was too embarrassed!!!!!!!! I also tried to persuaded my mummy to sing drag me down while doing a head stand by saying that I would be good every day and she did it!!!!!!!!!!!!! ???

I persuaded my mum to dance at a children’s party, when she really didn’t want to.
I did this by saying please, please, please with a big smile on my face, and saying other mums are dancing, which makes me feel left out. I said to my mum it would make me very happy too.
