While many may have come across camouflaged clothes, or be aware that soldiers use camouflage to hide from the enemy. Did you know humans have taken a lot of inspiration for the use of camouflage from nature. The means by which animals have evolved to escape the notice of predators or to surprise prey, by blending in to their surroundings.
Can you spot these camouflaged animals? What animals can you see? Some are easier than others.

I’m very impressed to hear you identified all of the camouflaged animals. Even the owls? Wow!
All of us down in Y4H have been investigating an interesting artefact found by the workmen who were extending the school playing field over the summer holidays. The children have taken on the role of archaeoligists to uncover the origins of the item. This has involved undertaking an archaeological dig at the place the artefact was was found to hopefully find more objects. The ‘DIG’ turned out to be very fruitful with lots more artefacts been uncovered. Y4H would really like the chance to come down and share what they have found with you all.
Events down in Y1R have sounded very exciting. I was wondering who the owner of the rucksack could possibly be. I’ve got to say I was extremely impressed Mr Robinson by your classes investigation skills to find the owner.
Has there been any word from the time travelling explorer?
