Today we used our designs to begin building our time machine models. We were faced with a classroom full of junk and had to decide which piece suited it’s purpose.

Hi Mr Rob. I have really enjoyed making our time machine today. If i was to make another one i would try some differenr things and make a bigger one.

Did you need much help from Mr Rob?
No we didn’t need any help Mrs Rewston. We did it all by ourselves and really enjoyed it. I wish we did it every week.
We used plastic bottles and cardboard boxes to make our machine. Heidi helped me stick the bottles on and these give the time machine it’s power. It was my idea to paint this part red and we all did this together. The bottle on the top lets the time machine go into space. Tomorrow we are going to give our time machine another coat of paint. I have enjoyed working on our time machine and I think ours is the best!!

Wow! I envy you all. Every single time machine looks brilliant, I imagine they can’t wait to take off on their adventures. I’m eager to see where they go. Are you all choosing different time destinations?

We used bottles, boxes and yoghurt pots to build our machine. There were 3 in my team and someone had to hold the bits while someone stuck them. I think our models look good. Thomas
