Today Y2 have examined the role of Caliban in The Tempest. They used some lines from the actual text to create a whole class image of this character. Can you remember which lines you used?
After this the children worked in pairs to examine the relationship between Caliban and Miranda.
We used an image from a recent production and then created our own freeze frames from around the island.
We placed the characters in the actual setting of the play. Can you recognise where you were on the island and what you were doing?
Next week the story moves on and some unexpected visitors arrive on the island. I wonder what lies in store for the three characters we have met so far?
