This term we have been focussing our attention on the judicial process that our suspect faces, now we are happy that they should be prosecuted.

We have also been extremely lucky to have a special visitor, who has expertise in the subject area, Mrs Marrison, who used to be a manager for the Crown Prosecution Service.
We were allowed to ask lots of questions.
