Good Morning,

Wow – I was absolutely blown away with our Christmas music performance this morning! We had instrumental renditions of  some well known Christmas songs from our musicians in KS2. The whole school was then treated to a Christmas Carol melody from Miss Lloyd’s class. Everyone was impressed with the vocals and a special thank you to Miss Stacey once again for her support.

This week we also held our nativity concerts, which were superbly performance by both Foundation stage and KS1. A huge thanks to pupils, staff and parents in helping to create such wonderful shows – the ‘Pink Panther’ camels were definitely my favourite.

Onto our stars, and this week pupils have been chosen for amazing leads in the nativity, excellent effort in writing and excellent subtraction work. Well done to all! After wandering around school this week, I have to mention, once again, just how impressed I have been with the standard of writing right across school – we really do have some fantastic authors!  Next week will be final count for house points this term. I am already excited to find out just how many fantastic pieces of work each house has managed to accumulate so far this year.

As the term draws towards an end, I hope everyone is looking forward to Christmas parties and the Christmas dinner next week.

Seasons greetings,
