Today our class had a special delivery. Miss O’Neil from the office brought it down for us. The box was addressed to our class but it didn’t say who had sent it. We looked carefully at the box and listened to the sounds it made when we tilted it. We tried to guess what might be inside it and who might have sent it.

I think it is something round because it was rolling. Also something chunky. It might be from another school.

I think it is our brain boosters because it makes a sound when it hits the side. I think Mr Banham sent it.

Hi Mrs Harrison, I think the box contains a packet of balls for all the class. The box could have been sent by a clown or a juggler maybe!

I think an alien has sent the package for a treat as it was a good alien. I think there are two things in it, an action figure and nuts wobbling about, or it could even be something you have to fix together.
