We are all very proud of the children in Year 3 and 4, who have created an amazing performance. One more show this afternoon. If you missed out, check the blog next week for some highlights.

The operative word in Mr Clare’s introduction ‘Amazing’ not only highlights an outstanding performance by the young people of Years 3 and 4 which was a pleasure to watch. Also.resulting in a performance which was the culmination of a lot of hard work by all staff and pupils over a period to portray the events leading up to the ‘Space Station’ which which involved Major Tim Peake and is now part of our History. I am sure that both the Educators and the Pupils have gained from this experience as part of their learning curve which they can be proud of. I think it was quite appropriate for a senior member of staff to thank all participants i.e Staff and Pupils but also parents and family members for attending the performance. Keep up the good work. Well done.
p.s. Can I now be assured that when picking Finlay up an the end of the school day I will not be hearing David Bowie’s ‘Ground Control to Major Tom’ filtering through from Mr Clare’s class room to the play area.
