This week is national anti bullying week as a school we will be taking part in a number of special activities to mark the importance of this to us. In year 2 we will be starting off by looking at a short animation and thinking about the question
“What is bullying?”

What is happening in the animation?
What feelings are being felt and by who?
There isn’t any speech in the animation so how do we know how the characters are feeling?
The bullies were the little blue bird. The blue little birds was trying to push the big blue bird of the wies.
The little blue bird thought in there head that it is there space. They was not nice.

Well done Amelia you have thought carefully about what you saw in the video and how the actions would make each of the characters feel. Remember to check was/were in your sentences, I know this is something you have looked at in phonics.
Bullying is not for one day it happens all the time. Bullying is not nice.
Bullying is not nice, it can happen to anyone even grown ups.
Bullying is not nice. It upsets people and hurts their feelings, please treat people with respect!
