During the half term we would like you to research the author Roald Dahl. Do you have any of his books? Have you seen any of his films? What can you find out?

Mr Clare I have made a presentation of the books I have in my homework book.
I have found some interesting information.
Roald Dahl was born in 1916 in Wales. He wrote the BFG for his daughter who died. Roald Dahl died in 1990 at the age of seventy four. He was an RAF fighter in the second world war and his books are read all over the world. I have watched the BFG and Charlie and the chocolate factory.

The facts I found was that he was born on 13 September 1916, in Llandaff, Cardiff. He wrote his books in the hut in his garden. He was a Hurricane fighter pilot during World War II and had two steel hips and six operations on his spine.
He alway wrote in pencil on yellow paper.
He died on 23 November 1990 , 18 years before I was born.
My favourite book is the witches and I love the film too.
