Our chicks have started to hatch! We have been watching the eggs carefully and making sure that the incubator is at the correct temperature and finally today the eggs have begun to hatch.
The chicks tapped a tiny hole in the egg shell with their beak, we could hear them cheeping. It took them quite a while to hatch and they were very tired when they finally got out! We have to leave them until they are completely dry and then we will be able to put them in their cage with the nice warm heater.
