Hoyland Common Primary & Lowe Stand’s Community Gala!
Saturday 12th July
11.00 am – 3.00 pm

This year, we are again teaming up with the Hoyland Lowe Stand trust for a joint Summer Gala.

There will be a selection of stalls selling gifts and produce from Local Traders – these include “The Fudge Baker”, “Amelia Austin Cakes”, “Paint Pot Fusion”, handmade jewellery and crafts, cards and chocolates, custom made bikinis and many more. There will also be a variety of stalls and attractions, including bouncy castle, slides, rodeo, rides, Taekwondo and Zumba displays, hamper raffle, tombola, games, refreshments, etc. etc. The money raised will be split between the School fund and the Lowe Stand restoration fund.

We will be making up hampers for the raffle and would appreciate it if you could bring in any suitable donations. To ensure there are a range of items for the hampers we have drawn up a list of things for each year group to contribute. (If you could, please bring items in BEFORE the 9th July 2014 so the hampers can be made)

Foundation Stage – crisps or savoury snacks
Year 1 – chocolates or sweets
Year 2 – toiletries
Year 3 – biscuits
Year 4 – jars (jam, pickles etc) or tins
Year 5 – cakes
Year 6 – any items suitable as a tombola prize

Any other items suitable for raffle prizes and books for the book stall would also be appreciated.

There will also be a cake stall so if you would like to donate to this, please send cakes, buns etc. to school on Friday 11th July.

Raffle tickets for the hampers will be on sale in reception from Monday 7th July at morning and afternoon breaks at a cost of £1 per strip.
