We have been trying to help Mrs Brusby find out if Pepsi Max will damage her teeth and we have set up our own experiments to find out the effect different drinks will have on our teeth. We placed a hard boiled egg in cups of orange juice, Pepsi, Pepsi max and water. We are going to leave them in there and keep,checking to see what effect each drink has on the egg shell. What do you think will happen?
I think the Pepsi and Pepsi max egg would ,EXPLODE and disintegrate and the egg could turn black. I think the egg in the water will turn all white and pail.. I think the Orange egg will crack slowly and the shell might go thin.
We’ll have to look tomorrow Alfie and see if your predictions are correct. I hope they don’t explode though!!
