Today we held our own remembrance ceremony at 11o’clock.

We learnt about the poppy appeal and where the money for poppies goes to.

We made a poppy each to stick on our own wreath and learnt about why the poppy was chosen as a symbol.

We placed our poppies on the wreath and said or thought a thank you to the soldiers who keep us safe.

Then at 11 o’clock we had a two minutes silence where we closed our eyes and thought about what we had learnt.
