Good luck to the HCPS athletics club members who will be representing our school at the first of the South Yorkshire Indoor Series fixtures on Sunday. Held at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield; the location of our KS2 sports day. Our girls team is made up of Chloe Bagshaw, Morgan Driscoll and Poppy Robinson. While the boys team comprises Jonathan Davies, James Landimore-Birch and Jack Sutton. All of our pupils will be taking part in the under 11 age group and having a go at 3 different events – the 60m or 150m sprint race, 600m endurance race and the long jump.

HCPS can be extremely proud of the 6 pupils who competed today. They all put in 100% effort to every one of their events, behaved outstandingly and showed a great team spirit, encouraging each other throughout the competition.
