Over the last few weeks we have been exploring the story of Shakespeare’s ‘The Tempest’.
We have been improvising different scenarios and producing tableaus of the characters.

Alonso and Antonio tied up Prospero and Miranda and cast them adrift.
They landed on an island in torrential rain!

They looked for shelter and saw a cave in the distance.

Prospero used his book of magical spells to help him on the island.

As a class we generated a list of what we could see, hear, smell and touch as we explored Prospero’s new home.
