Today we have been finding out about a boy called Serio who is 9 years old and has autism. We found out that he reacts in unexpected ways most of the time. He doesn’t look at you when you are talking but it doesn’t mean he is not listening. He sometimes says strange things but he doesn’t mean to hurt you. He finds it difficult to concentrate and shouts out and makes noises. Serio just tries his best the only way he can and hopes to make us proud!
