Footprints
I am a footprint.
I mark where you have been,
I am only a print,
So please don’t wash me.
If you want to get rid of me,
Do as you please,
For I am only a stain,
In this world of peace.
I am really useful,
When it comes to going back,
Because I am a trail of stains,
That leads you to your shack.
But alas! We have a problem,
The worst one yet.
I still fade away,
If it gets damp or wet.
I appear in snow,
And mud,
(Or when your shoes need a bit of a clean),
(That doesn’t work much though…)
The design I am,
Depends on your shoe,
If you want a nice footprint,
Wear your best designed ones too!
Before you start,
You’ll want to know,
How messy you get,
After this show.
Let me tell you now…

Tiptoeing through the deep, dark, murky forest in the fog. Breathing in the sweet smell of victory as I set off on my latest quest to find the thing I have been searching for the last fifty years. It was called a five toed Slimy Steward. The Slimy Steward is the only rare disgusting creature left on earth. Strolling through the sensational forest I saw the strangest thing. Sprouting up for the naked eye to see, it was a black berry tree. Strangely as I walked through the mountainous land I passed a man called Peter who was picking black berries. I asked him if he knew where to find the Steward and he replied “You will find it in the Jungle River Thames.” I stood there with curiosity for a moment then set back off on my adventurous journey. As hours passed I was about to give up when…

Conned By the Pond

Down by the lake, on the muddy track
My favourite foot prints, could this be a snack?

I went a little closer to take a look,
Got to be careful or I’ll get stuck!

Slowly I plodded down the bank,
Oops too late………to my bushy tail I sank.

This situation is not very good,
To be slowly sinking, thigh deep in mud.

And as I glared around into the coarse green heather,
Mocking me; 2 eyes, a beak, and pure white feathers.

I’m usually the cunning one, but here I am stuck,
Could I have been conned by a bird brained duck?

I`m old Mr fox and I`m really sly
Outsmarted by a Duck, I think I might cry
Is my reputation about to die?

I came to the lake in search of my dinner,
It’s me in the mud, ……. the ducks the winner!

Rushing from corner to corner of the garden I stop. A pair of feet racing forward leaves me in horror thinking what the future might bring. Looking round for more than just a flash image I see the left footprints of a stranger. Deciding if following the path is safe or not I gasp a breath, like a suffocating fish above the emerald sea. The air blew in my face as I took the first step of this unknown mission. Making my way down the cobweb embedded stairs; I open the gate and make my way into the town streets. I can smell the fish shops and the ice-cream stands. Losing track of what my mission is I don’t catch a full glimpse of what just walked past me but I know whoever he was, he didn’t look friendly……….

Freaky footprints

Footprints here footprints there, footprints are everywhere.
They’re in the house and on my floor they’re even sometimes on my classroom floor.
They’re very sneaky and very keen to make sure you’re never clean.
They’re very secretive on where they are so be careful where you walk,
Oh no! I spoke too soon now the mud is on my shoe how can I walk what will I do?

Footprints here footprints there, footprints are everywhere.
Animal, human or alien too they will lead you to a clue.
They are sometimes big and sometimes small but size doesn’t really matter at all.
By the riverbank or near a puddle the footprint leaves me in a muddle.
Oh no! The footprints lead into the water and now I have discovered an alien’s daughter!
It’s hideous, ugly and terrifying too I hope you don’t find this alien lurking near you! Ewwwww!

I apeer in the snow , mud and sand I sometimes help you find your way back to your shack when you are lost. I come in all shapes and sizes depending who you are. I wash away very easly so please dont try it but if you must then go ahead and do it.I uesally wash away myself anyway when its wet and damp . Now I have told you a little about myself go and make some of me !!!!!!!

Footprints remain shaped in the mud what a mystery? Down by the river a muddy patch of grass catches an unsuspecting duck in a flash. Its little webbed feet sink and slide as it tries to cross to the other side. Squelching as it waddles as the mud gets deeper. More footprints start to appear. I hope it doesn’t rain I’m only a footprint I don’t want to get washed away. You will never see me again. I came here to make you wonder who I am and make it a mystery for you. I hope I didn’t scare anyone with my footprints. I will tell you who I am I am a duck be quite though don’t want to get into a lot of muck. I will walk my step by step next time to see if they are still there. I really hope they don’t get washed away.

Leaping down the road,
I thought I saw a toad.
Quickly hopping after it,
I didn’t even catch it.
Staring way up high,
There were some birds starting to fly.
I thought I should go too, but what if I needed the loo.
Peeking down low,
I wanted to eat a toe.
I know that sounds disgusting,
I realised the toe was rusting.
Suddenly something tapped me on the back,
I really wanted to give it a smack.
But what if it was scary,
I felt a little bit wary.
Sneaking through a park,
I met a man called Mark.
His head is bare and bald,
And very, very, very cold.
Bamboo hanging everywhere,
I was going to give it a good tear.
Birds were playing tigs,
Whilst wearing silly wigs.
Green bushes all around,
They were nearly touching the ground.
Monkeys playing in the cage,
All clearly in a rage.

As I was walking through Great British Countryside,
And when I turned around there was no footprints ,
Had they disappeared?
It seemed so,
I decided to go back,
But I could not find any,

So I decided to make some more during the day.

Footprints,
As I venture through the misty rainforest I come across small footprints the size of a child’s boot. Wondering where to go I saw the foot of a tall and slim character. I follow the mysterious character into the unknown, I Caught a glimpse of a note, “I wonder who put that there….” I carry on following the slim unknown character to the abandoned shack. I feel a strange presence behind me and as I turned around I was in shock… I couldn’t move. I was paralyzed in fear I was never seen again.

Footprints in the mud

I’m an imprint in the mud,
I stay behind where ever you go,
If you scrub me off the floor,
I will disappear forever,
Whenever you step in the mud,
I will appear beneath your foot,
When your shoe is dirty I will appear,
Whenever you wash them I will disappear,
I can also sometimes be a garden feature,
But normally I’m left out in the wilderness,
I can appear when you least expect it,
On your floor, wall and maybe even your bedroom door,
I can be left by all sorts of creatures,
Humans, mice and other wild animals,
I can appear in sand, mud and snow,
It’ll be useful if you knew,
I appear in a lot of different locations,
In the forest desert and maybe even the park.

Footprints,

As I enter the mysterious rainforest I discover a small group of footprints, the size of a baby’s hand, I look up and see a small creature, looking like an infected rat, I didn’t realise what it was, but I continued venturing. Later on I see more of them, for some reason they seem to be stalking me, they looked as if they were about to leap at me, “Time to run” I whispered. I started sprinting as fast as I could to overrun the small enemies. I reach the end of the forest and turn around; they seem to only survive in the cold shade. After that experience, I never entered the forest again.

As I wondered through the beautiful open forest, nature was at every corner. Suddenly I came across a stunning stream filed with amazing animals, such as glimmering fish and fabulous wild life all gathering to the stream to drink out of the precious water. Birds flow across the sky like aeroplanes .Happiness spread through the forest. But all of a sudden, as if it was magic, foot prints appeared to my sight, was something following me? As I plodded through the open forest, suddenly sparkling blue water became my sight. Beautiful pink flamingos and sunning fish splashed around in the glimmering water, as the sun shined in the bright sky. As I swam through the crystal clear water my furry tail was soaked wet as if I had just been put in a washing machine. I thought it was a beautiful day, when all of a sudden I looked down to see foot prints, but the strange thing was, who’s foot prints were they? Who did they belong to? The case of the snookygloop

I was wondering through the woods when I had the strangest feeling that someone or something was following me. I turned around to notice a few footprints next to mine, leading the opposite direction. They seemed to be of some kind of bird but I had never seen anything quite like it. I followed the mysterious footprints and I came to a hut in the middle of nowhere. My curiosity got the better of me and I entered the mysterious hut. Only one thing was in my mind, I had to find out what could make footprints like the ones I saw earlier. Being adventurous as always I decided to explore until soon an old hermit came up to me and told me to stay away from the snoopygloop. I had never heard of a snoopygloop so I ignored his advice but soon I wish I hadn’t…

Deep in the unknown forest I come across some mysterious footprints .I looked into the distance and I saw a blue sparkling ocean it was like an emerald lighting up the sea for miles upon end. I looked around and saw more of the footprints so I asked myself,

Mysterious Island,
Rushing through the Pacific Ocean water throbbed into the boats deck as the captain called “abandoned Ship!, abandoned ship!, when I caught a glimpse of a tropical Island. We crashed down onto a sandy Island wondering what’s or who’s home it was.

Creeping mysteriously we found a clue of our question. A large huddle of footprints. Whose are they? May be a Bird, a Chicken or even a baby Elephant I wasn’t sure so I walked on. Searching on I saw a trail of the exact same footprints I started to run when finaly I caught up to the beast and I was shocked as I tuned to me.

It was a grown-hippo. I quickly took a photo for proof then suddenly I ran back to the ship wreck and as I sailed away all looking back when I saw what could only be called the mysterious Island.

News today
Footprints of terror
Footprints have been found at Elsecar cannel. We suspect it was a large bird but a witness said “it was huge… wow … it looked like a cat… But bigger… like a chicken”. But we suspect it was a sparrow not a chicken or a cat.
Another witness said “that ain’t no little chicken… I raaaaaaan for my life… Ant no body got time for that. ant nobody got time for that.” Ok another opinion but we still think it was an enormous sparrow. Now to the reporter”I would tell you but my sniffer dog followed the trails and ate the animal that made the trails but we have some feathers but a three has collected them and threw them into the cannal so back to the studio. We have found out that it was a snoogleblurg, the mythical creature of the forest.

Can you see it? I can. In the mud, there are two eyes, a nose and a smile. I call it ‘the mud man’ here’s a story to tell you.

Once there was a little duck, he didn’t really fit in. One gloomy night there was a dreadful monsoon. As the sun rose to greet the morning little duck plodded down to the river. All of a sudden there was a strange whisper “hey, over here!” Little duck looked behind him. It was the mud!
“Could you wipe off the foot prints you’ve marked on me?” The soggy mud queried the little duck.
Little duck cleared them away.
“That’s better” replied the mud.
”How did you get here?” Asked duck
”When it rained it made me!”
Little duck and mud man talked until the sun went down. But sadly when duck came back the next day his friend had gone.
