Year 6 made the most of a visit from a real-life Crime Scene Analyst to upgrade their skills set, ready to begin solving the case.

Who is your top suspect? What did enjoy about today? How have you improved as a crime scene investigator?
I think that the prime suspects are Mr Banham and Mr Rob because they support Sheffield Wednesday and they lost last Saturday and they may have got mad and took their anger out on the party.
I really enjoyed my day in school with all of you. I think there are some great scientists in both Mr Hastey’s and Miss Griffin’s classes. Please keep me updated on how the investigation goes and what you have enjoyed. Good luck!
I think Mr Fallon might have done it as he is looking in the room where the crime happened. Mr Banham also looks a bit suspicious but I mainly think it is Mr Fallon. I do not think it is Mr Rob as he can not eat pastry products.
I believe that Mr banham did this because he looks a bit dodgy on the cctv and the letter looks like the pen he would use.
I enjoyed having mark because we got to experience his job.
I think the suspects are Mr Fallon and Mr Banham because it was very suspicious that they were there at 6:30pm walking in and out of the spare class room. Therefore they must know about the terrible incident of the cupcakes and the spilt dilute on the projecture and the foot print with powder.
I think it was Mr. Banham or Mr. Fallon because they could have a reason to be at school around 6:30pm however the other suspects don’t need to be in school late.
I enjoyed it when Mark came into school because he talked to us about his his job.
I have improved at being an investigator because I now know how to approach a crime scene.
I think it is Mr Rob because he is the only one that is rushing out and the door is shut .

I think it was Mr Fallon because he was the last person to look through the classroom door and he looked sneakily. I think he was looking to see if anyone was around before he took the buns. I think Mr Banham was his partner in crime and they both ate the buns together.
I really enjoyed doing CSI and finding out what it would be like to have a CSi job. I liked it when mark came in and gave us tips on what you need to do when you first go to a crime scene.
I really enjoyed when mark came in so now I can approach a crime scene and how to collect evidence.

I believe that Mr Banham or Mr Fallon might have done it because they are both shady characters but they have a reason to be there at 6:30pm. It is possible for the other suspects to be guilty but they have no reason to be in school.
Today when Mark came in, it was extremely fun to learn how to investigate and find out about the day in the life of a member of the police. I have improved as a investigator because I now know how to run a crime scene in the future.
