Helen Keller, a teacher and political activist, spent most of her life fighting against injustice and intolerance. She felt that the only way intolerance could be prevented was through education. This term we have looked at intolerance on our doorstep and also intolerance around the world. When Helen Keller said ‘The highest result of education is tolerance’ was she right?

Intolerance is a bad thing and tolerance is a good thing!

I’ve learnt this term is that hate does not mean what we think it means . It does not mean dislike it means you want to badly injure or kill someone or something. Equality doesn’t mean it’s fair , fair is equity.
By telling other people that they should know about tolerance and intolerance.
I have learned to be more tolerant because it can cause hate crimes and deaths to inoccent people. I have also learned that equal is not always fair.

I was very interested in what happened to Jo Cox and was very happy to know that I could be like her and helping people with problems.
