IMPORTANT NOTICE – The KS2 Sports Day is now to take place on Tuesday 16th June at the Dorothy Hyman Stadium, Cudworth. 13:00 – 15:30.

I apologise for the late notice of this change from the previously advertised date of the 11th June, but due to a last minute repeat failure with our usual venue we have had to pursue alternatives. Luckily, Dorothy Hyman Stadium have come to our rescue and fitted us in at a very busy time. This has allowed us to ensure our KS2 pupils will still get the chance to take part in this very important yearly activity in an inspiring venue.

Important information and consent forms for the event will be sent out with all possible haste.  Please ensure they are returned and that your child will have suitable sports attire ready for the event, this would include a t-shirt showing their house colours, shorts and trainers. (As this is an outdoors venue please be sure to send your child to school with a coat/jacket in case of any unpleasant weather.)

Family and friends will as always be welcome at the venue to watch and cheer the children on as they take part in a multitude of events. The venue has a stand and seating running along the home straight of the track from which spectators will get a great view of all the action.

If you have any queries please don’t be afraid to catch one of the class teachers as they see the pupils in and out of class.
